Dear Lord,
We ask that you would touch those suffering from terminal illnesses such as cancer, and pulmonary and cardaic diseases which so affect our people today.We look for you to fill them with your courage, perservance guiding them with your grace and love. Walk with those ministering to the ill, family members, medical folk giving them a measure of your compassion and tenderness. All this we ask in the name of the Great Physician, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. AMEN

Our Military Deployed
Almighty God, we commend to your gracious care and keeping all the men and women of our armed forces and their families at home and abroad. Defend them day by day with your heavenly grace; strengthen them in their trials and temptations; give them courage to face the perils which beset them; and grant them a sense of your abiding presence wherever they may be; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Economic Stability
In this time of economic stress we pray for those who are unemployed that them might find meaningful employment and be relieved of the stress and turmoil that comes from being undervalued and underutilized in the work force. We also pray for those suffering as a result of the mortgage crisis in this country. We ask this in the name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who values every human life and wants us all to work for the spread and growth His Kingdom.
